As your Moving out day is approaching fast, please read the following points for more information on what is required.

Before you move

  • Tenants have paid all rent due in full
  • Tenants have paid all utility bills etc in full
  • The agency receives your keys back by 11am on the last day of the tenancy.
  • You have thoroughly cleaned the property throughout. Tenants can find more information on what is required here.
  • Tenants have removed all personal effects and rubbish from the property, ensuring it is all bagged and suitable for collection by the council.
  • There is no damage to the property or the fixtures and fittings (other than fair wear and tear)

*REMEMBER!! If you have been paying your rent with a standing order, please contact your bank to make sure it has been cancelled. We have no control over stopping the payments leaving your account.

*If you would like to return your keys outside our office hours, please put them in an envelope with your name on and post it through the letter box*

Deposit returns

We will send you a Deposit Deduction Report within two weeks of your tenancy ending. The report will break down any deductions along with the reasoning and photos of the issues.

-Tenants are jointly responsible for all deductions. It is up to you to sort any disputes among yourselves.

-We will  deduct any outstanding invoices from your deposit.

To make the deposit return process as quick and easy as possible, please provide us with the following as soon as possible after moving out day:

  • A final bill from all suppliers (gas, Electricity, water, broadband etc) as evidence that all bills are paid in full
  • Details of the bank you would like the deposit to be returned to. (If you would like your deposit sent to someone else, please put this in writing and email it to us).
