We want to make your move, and your stay with us, as enjoyable and straightforward as possible. To help make things go smoothly, please follow this advice.
Things to do before you move in
Remember keys will be available from 1pm on the first day of your tenancy.
We will not release keys until all tenants in your group have paid the first installment of rent.
We also need to see proof that you have set up a standing order for the duration of your tenancy.
All the tenancy application paperwork and signing must also be complete
Things to do while you are moving in
Check the property against the photographic inventory provided and report any issues
It is very important to report any issues within 48 hours so that we can address them as soon as possible
We will then have one month to address any issues, depending on how severe they are.
Things to do once you have moved in
Set up bills in your name and make sure that suppliers know when your tenancy started.
Make sure you are familiar with how all the appliances, central heating and alarms work.
