Please remember that you will be living in a neighbourhood with others who may have a different lifestyle to you. People in the local community and others within your building/area will be keen to get along with all their neighbours. Please be mindful of your noise levels when leaving and returning to your property.
Noise
Unreasonable noise which disrupts studies and affects sleep, is selfish. We pay particular attention to disturbing levels of music, television and to groups of people in kitchens or bedrooms. Excessive noise is a breach of the Tenancy Agreement and we will not tolerate it at any time.
The following are not permitted inside or around Residences:
- Parties and Social gatherings.
- Ball games of all kinds.
- Possession of DJ equipment/decks, or amplifiers of any sort including those attached to or integral to any musical instrument (e.g. electric guitar).
- Our staff will investigate any complaints received.
- When returning late at night, keep volume to a minimum and be careful to shut doors quietly because neighbours need their peace too.
